Karrina's Olive Quiche

Ingredients
7 eggs, .75 cup Lowfat cottage cheese, .5 cup Lowfat cheddar cheese, 4 TBSP chopped black olives, 2 TBSP chopped onions
Directions
Makes 4 servings: Preheat oven to 350. Scamble eggs; add remaining ingredients; scramble some morewith wisk. Pour into a 9" pie pan that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
