Ingredients:Leeks, 1 cup Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Oranges, 1 cup, sections Oranges, 1 cup, sections Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded Roasting Chicken, light meat, 1 cup, chopped or diced French Salad Dressing, low fat, .5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
Directions
Mix all ingredients and store in refigerator for an hour before savoring with a slice of wheat bread
