Asian Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1 package cole slaw1 package broccoli slaw (sometimes I use 2 pkgs broc. slaw instead of the cole slaw)2 med. carrots (optional, some in pkgd slaw)1 med. onion chopped fine (optional)1 package oriental ramen noodle package2 oz. sesame or sunflower seeds4-6 oz. slivered almonds (optional) Dressing (pour on right before serving)1/2 cup sugar1 packet of oriental flavoring from noodle packet1 tsp. soy sauce1/4 cup cider vinegarBoil above ingrediants together - whisk in 1/4 cup oil
Directions
Break up the noodles and spread out on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add toasted noodles to slaw right before the dressing.
