Spicy Asain Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
1/4 cup minced fresh Cilantro1 pound of ground turkey 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 cup of diced Scallions2 tbsp of Sriracha Hot Chili SauceGinger ( Amount to your liking)Beans Sprouts for Garnish
Directions
Brown turkey and drain well. Add 2 tbsp of Srirachi Hot Chili Sauce. Mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce and mix well.
Rinse Lettuce leaves well pat dry.
Stuff each lettuce leaf with 1/3 cup of Ground Turkey Mixture.
Garnish each lettuce leaf with beans sprouts, scallions and cilantro.
