Ingredients
3/4 c. Hodgson Mill Buckwheat Pancake Mix1 egg, large1 tbs. Canola Oil1/2 c. Milk, non-fat
Directions
Makes 6 - 8 small pancakes.

Place pancake mix in bowl. In another small bowl, beat egg and milk together; stir egg mixture and oil into dry mix. Do not over-stir. Heat skillet to medium-high heat. Drop batter onto skillet and leave until batter starts to bubble; flip and cook other side.
