Mama's Red Cabbage

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp Cabbage, red, fresh, 22 cup, chopped Apples, fresh, 7 medium (2-3/4" dia) Cider Vinegar, 1.25 cupSplenda, 99 tsp
Directions
Sauté cabbage and apples in oil until softened.

Add vinegar and splenda and continue cooking until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Enjoy.
