Vegetable Barley Soup with Beef Broth

Ingredients
8 c. beef broth1 (10 oz) package frozen lima beans1 (10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables1 (10 oz) package frozen cauliflower1 can black beans, rinsed1 can kidney beans, rinsed1 package dry onion soup mix1 cup instant barley
Directions
I put all the ingredients, except the instant barley, in the slow cooker. I cooked them on Low all day while I was at work. About 20 minutes before serving, add the barley and allow to cook.
Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
