Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless - one packageOnion, 1/2, slicedRed pepper, 1/2, slicedFrozen peas, 1/2 cupBrown rice, 3 cupsSoy sauce, ground ginger, salt and pepper to tasteOlive oil, 1 T
Brown the chicken in oil. Add the onion and pepper to the same pot. Continue cooking. Add the pre-cooked rice, peas and seasonings. Cook until the chicken is done.
