Curried turkey, rice, artichoke salad

1 cup uncooked brown rice 14 ounce jar of marinated artichoke hearts1/3 cup diced green pepper1/3 cup diced sweet onion1/2 cup black olives8 ounces cooked turkey breast1/3 cup Kraft Miracle Whip light1 teaspoon curry powdersalt and pepper to taste
Cook brown rice according to instructions on package until tender, do not overcook.
Put cooked rice in a large bowl and add chopped marinated artichoke hearts and the liquid from the jar.
Chop green pepper, onion, and olives and add.
Dice turkey into bite size pieces.
Add turkey, Miracle Whip light, and curry powder.
Add a few grinds of black pepper.
Salt to taste- I don't think it needs any, but I am used to less salt on my food.
