Ingredients
16 oz package of broccli slaw2 oz seedless sunflower kernels2 oz sliced almonds2 oz craisens1 package crushed ramen noodles (any flavor I perfer hot and spicy or oriental)-reserve seasoning packet for dressingMix nuts, crasiens, and crusshed noodles with slaw.Dressing:1/4 cup vinegar1/8 cup olive oil5 tsp splendapacket of seasoning mix from ramen noodles
Directions
mix nuts, craisens crushed noodles and slaw together.

Mix dressing ingrediants and pour over slaw and mix well.

Makes 14 1/4 cup servings at 114 calories per serving.
