Squash Zucchini Onion Garlic Bake

Summer squash, 1 medium (remove)Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Brummell & Brown Butter, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)1/2 cup tomatoes (cherry/grape)1 tsp italian seasoning
preheat oven to 400
nonstick spray a casserole dish
slice squashes, onion, garlic
put the onion layer on bottom, put tsp of olive oil over it
layer the zucchini next with another tsp olive oil
layer the squash, last tsp oil
throw the garlic on top with a dollop of brummell & brown
oh yeah, add italian seasoning to the layers too
added 1/2 cup of tomatoes during last 10 mins or so
bake for around 25-30 minutes or to your preference.
