-BROWN GROUND BEEF, ONIONS, AND CHOPPED PEPPERS IN A SKILLET USING COOKING SPRAY
- ADD TOMATOES, RICE, AND SEASONINGS
SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 30 MINUTES

- IN THE MEANTIME CUT THE PEPPERS IN HALF LENGTHWISE, CLEAN, AND BLANCE

- PLACE 1/12 CUPS OF MIXTURE IN PEPPERS
- BAKE AT 350 FOR 15 MINUTES.
