Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
1 15.5 oz can Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)1 tsp Olive oil1 Tbsp Sesame Tahini2 tsp minced garlic1 1/2 tsp lemon juice1 1/2 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper
Directions
Drain liquid form chick peas, saving for use later.
Combine all ingredients to food processor. Process for a minute. Add reserved liquid while processing until desired consistency is acheived.
Enjoy with crackers, pita bread or fresh veggie slices.
Make approximately 10 servings. each 2 Tbsp
