Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Ginger Root, 10 slices (1" dia) chopped * Garlic, 6 cloves, chopped * Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced * *Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) , cut into small pieces * Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup, cut into small pieces * broccoli, raw, 1 cup, 2 cup, cut into small pieces * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, , cut into small pieces * Salt, 1 tsp * Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp * Garam Masala, 1 tsp **
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds. When they start to sizzle,add onions and saute over medium heat till onions become slight brown in color.
2. Add chopped jalapenos, chopped garlic,turmeric,salt and cook for about 4 minutes.
3. Add all the veggies and cover. Cook on medium heat till fully cooked stirring occasionally.
