Crockpot Stroganoff

Beef, round steak, 1.5 lb, trimmed of fat*Flour, white, .25 cup Pepper, black, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Garlic, 1 tspOnions, raw, 1 small *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp *Bouillon Powder, Beef 1 tbsp*Cambell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 8 oz package
1. Cut steak into 1 inch strips
2. Mix with flour, pepper, salt, and garlic.
3. Combine with onion, soy sauce, bouillon,soup(UNDILUTED), and water in slow cooker.
4. Cook on low 6-7 hours, stirring occasionally.
5.Add cream cheese cubes last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve over cooked wide noodles.
