I used only a TBSP oil to 3 TBSP vinegar. I skipped the ramen and did not add salt, used toasted unsalted sunflower seeds instead of almonds, and toasted the sesame seeds. I chopped the cabbage instead of shredding it and used napa cabbage. Great recipe very versatile. - 7/24/14

I made this for my group last night and they LOVED it. I added chicken, plus I found noodles at BIG Lots that only had .5g of fat in them, so I gave the ramen noodles to my chickens! I used roasted, chopped almonds I got at Krogers/Frys. - 8/12/10
