Ingredients
Topping:1/2 c brown sugar1/4 c sifted flour1/4 c Smart Balance Light1 tsp cinnamonCake:1 1/2 c sifted flour2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 c egg whites3/4 c sugar1/3 c melted Smart Balance Light1/2 c Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk (Silk)1 tsp vanilla extract

Sift flour before measuring.....

Mix Topping ingredients (will be "mushy")

In separate bowl combine wet Cake ingredients. Add dry ingredients, then pour into 8 x 8 or 2 loaf pans.

Swirl topping into the top of cake batter.

Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.
