Salsa Macaroni and Ham

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onion3/4 cup chopped celery1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup3/4 cup salsa9 ounces lean ham, diced2 cups cooked whole grain pasta4 slices reduced fat American cheese
Directions
Makes 6 servings.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray. In a large skillit, saute onion and celery in spray oil until tender. Stir in all other ingredients except cheese. Mix well to combine. Pour into prepared baking pan. Arrange cheese slices evenly on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes. Cut into 6 servings.
