Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef, 1 lipton onion soup packet, 2 large eggs, 1 cup of crushed saltines, garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, milk...is optional ( i forgot it once and it still turned out great!), ground ginger.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease (pam) a 6 hole muffin pan ( large holes).
In a small bowl, Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, ground ginger, garlic, and a few splashes of worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine ground beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion soup mix packet, milk, and black pepper. Add some garlic too if you love it like i do!
Mix together. Using your hands to mash everything together works best!
Once mixed, make 6 even sized balls or "muffins" and place in the 6 muffin pan holes.
Evenly divide sauce among the 6 meatloaves.
Cook for one hour. Makes 6 servings. Great for portion control!
Enjoy!
