Creamy Potato, Ham & Corn Chowder

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 8 cup diced * Onions, raw, 1/3 cup, chopped * low sodium chicken broth, 6 cup * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels * Canadian Bacon, 12 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) * Cream Cheese, 8 oz
Directions
Combine first 4 ingrediants in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Add Canadian bacon and corn the last hour. When done cooking mix in cream cheese. Makes 10 Servings.
