Chicken and Orzo with cinnamon

Ingredients
1 cup onion, sliced1.5 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless1/4 cup olive oil, divided1 T. Cinnamon1.5 cups water3 T. tomato paste1 can chicken broth (2 cups)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut up Chicken thighs into 1" pieces
Saute onion and mushrooms in half the oil, salt to taste
Remove from skillet. Brown chicken pieces in remaining oil and then remove. Add broth, water and cinnamon to skillet, add tomato paste and bring to boil. Return veg and chicken to skillet and lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Uncover, add orzo, stir and cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
