Salsa Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1lb. (or 16oz) Lean Ground Beef2cps(or 32 tbsp) Mild Salsa2cps crushed Tostito's White Corn Cripy round1 large egg1cp Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
~ In a large bowl mix 1 lb (16oz) lean ground beef, 2cups (32 tbsp) mild salsa, 2 cups crushed Tostito's and an egg
~Then pour into 5 medium aluminium cupcake/muffin containers and place on cookie sheet
~Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and the sprinkle tops with cheese and cook an addtional 2-5 minutes
