Best Beef Hamburger

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef, lean 85%1 tbsp Dijon Mustard1 tbsp worcestershire1 tbs salt or McCormick Hamburger seasoning
Directions
Heat grill to high. (Or I use a Foreman Grill in the winter.)

In medium bowl, use a fork to gently combine beef and seasonings.

Form into 5 patties

Grill on high to sear meat for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Move to cooler part of the grill and cook until done, about 4-8 minutes per side.
