Ingredients
8 Tumaro's Gourmet Soft Tortillas (salsa flavor)1 lb. cooked chicken breast; chopped or shredded1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup dry black beans (or about 1 cup cooked)1/2 cup colby/jack shredded cheese1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup green onions; chopped1 packet taco seasoning3 cloves garlic; minced4 tbsp chunky salsa1 can enchilada sauce (1 3/4 cup
Directions
Cook chicken and chop or shred. Combine all ingredients except enchilada sauce. Put mixture in each tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in a 9x13 baking dish. If you happen to have any mixture left over, spread out on top of rolled tortillas. Pour enchilada sauce evenly on top of tortillas and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. One tortilla per serving; serves 8.
