Ingredients
6" whole wheat tortilla2 tbsp Light cream cheese1/2 large jalapeno pepper, chopped1 tbsp red pepper, chopped1 cubic inch low fat cheddar, shredded1/2 green onion, chopped2 tbsp salsa
Directions
Spread cream cheese over tortilla shell.
Top with shredded cheddar, peppers, and onion.
Roll and bake at 375 degree oven until golden and crunchy.
Serve with salsa on top.

NOTE: If you want to serve as "rounds", score the rolled tortilla before baking - this will make cutting it easier and neater.
