.5 Quinoa1 can tomatoes4 carrots1 onions 2 tsps taco seasoning.5 cup salsa8 oz zucchini1 small onion4 shredded carrots16 oz ground turkey
Directions
rinse quinoa and brown in a medium pan. add ground meat and brown. Add chopped veggies, canned tomato, salsa,1/2 cup water and seasoning. simmer 30 minutes
