Light Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Water1 packet Good Seasons Salad Dressing Mix (this recipe uses Parmesan Italian, but any flavor will work)
Directions
*Mix all ingredients, shake well
*Keep refrigerated, but once chilled remove from fridge 20-30 minutes prior to use
*Yields (12) 2 tbsp servings or (8) 3 tbsp servings
