Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed * Meijer Naturals Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, 3 cup * Garlic, 1 tsp * Shredded Parmesan, Ramano, and Asiago, 1 cup
Directions
Cut chicken breasts in half. Place in bottom of slow cooker. Cover in pasta sauce. Add garlic and desired herbs on top (i used a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and some dried basil). Cook on high for first couple hours to ensure chicken is done through. Then turn to low until serving. Sprinkle cheese on just before serving.
