Ingredients
brown rice dry, 1.5 cupTomato Sauce, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup *Shan biryani masala Mix, half packetBaby Carrots, raw, 5 large *Boca Burgers Original, 5 serving(s)canola oil
Directions
heat oil and fry onions until soft add burger crumbled and fry until brown. Add carrots and fry some more then
add tomato sauce can, shan masala packet and after frying a bit add peas. keep sauteeing on medium flame and turn off stove in 5 minutes and put aside. In rice cooker prepare brown rice. After rice is cooked add to tomato keema mixture and mix thoroughly. put on low heat for about 20 more minutes(I usually do this in a wok and add a drop of biryani essence). garnish with parsley
