4 pork chops (3 oz each)1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp dried sage1 Tbsp paprika1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Combine seasonings: mix well. Coat Chops with seasoning mixture. Grill Directly over med-high heat 4-5 minutes per side, turning once.
