Ingredients
All fresh veggiescarrots 100gorange bell pepper 35gfrench beans 50gbroccoli 30gonion 50gone package near east Whole grain Wheat Pilaftwo cups vegetable broth2 tblsp Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
cook rice as directed on package except cook in vegetable broth instead of water and NO BUTTER OR OIL

dice all veggies
cook carrots and peppers for 2 min in a glass bowl with glass lid with 1/2 cup water
stir in remaining choped veggies cook in microwave 3 additional min.
pour off remaining water
chill in fridge then add olive oil (to preserve nutrients)
