Ingredients
* 1/2 cup warm water * 1 cup sourdough starter * 2 1/4 cup bread flour (used white wheat) * 1 tablespoon sugar (I used organic) * 1 tablespoon oil * 1 teaspoon salt * 3/4 tablespoon active dry yeast
Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine (following manufacturer's directions on order of wet and dry ingredients). Use quick or french bread setting. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf for about 12 -16 slices.

    I used my bread machine to make the dough, punched it down, placed it in a parchment-lined loaf pan, covered and allowed it to rise for 45 minutes. I then baked it in the oven for 40 minutes at 400*F. I did have to add a little extra flour as it came out of the machine. I used bread machine yeast. - 6/6/21
