Creamy lamb and spinach tandoori

Ingredients
young coconut (1 whole), 1 serving Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Lamb Shank, 8 oz Garlic, 3 cloves 2 TBS Tandoori spice blendPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced roasted 1 cup Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
Directions
Cube preroasted lamb.
Mix Yogurt, coconut milk, and flesh, and spices in pan, heat on med until steam forms.
Place rest of ingredients into heated mixtures, continue to heat until thickened.

I also add red pepper flakes for extra zing.

Makes four servings.
