roasted root vegetables

Ingredients
3 large yams5 medium parsnips10 large carrotssalt & pepper to taste5 Tbsp olive oil1 Tbsp dried rosemary
Directions
Chop all of the vegetables. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Spread in 1 or 2 pans and roast 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until tender and slightly browned. Stir halfway through roasting time.
