1 1/4 cup Water1 pkg yeast1 tsp Sugar3 cups Flour1 tsp Olive Oil1/2 cup Fat Free Cheese1/2 cup SauceOnionsTomatosGarlic
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup hot water. Add Sugar. Let sit for 5 Minutes. Add rest of Water. In bread machine, put flour and salt in, then pour in water mixture. Add the olive oil and mix on dough setting. When Dough is done rising, spread on 2 12 inch pans for thinner crust, or in jelly roll pan. We use jelly roll pan. Bake for 5 min, then add topping and bake another 10 - 12 min at 425. We use the Jelly Roll Pan and Cut it once the long way and then 4 times accross. This gives us the 8 servings we used to get hte calorie count. You can also use this as a guide so that you can make everyone their own with their own choce of toppings.
