WLS Post-op Protein Pudding

Ingredients
1 package ready to drink Muscle Milk Light (8 oz)1 cup milk2 scoops Inspire Pure protein1 package sugar free fat free pudding mix
Directions
Add the milk and Muscle Milk to a bowl. Add the the 2 scoops of unflavored protein powder and whisk to combine. Add the pudding mix and whisk for at least one minute. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, then enjoy.
