Slow Cooker Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients
1 can (10.75 ounces) Low-fat Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup Fat-free Sour Cream1/4 cup chopped onions1/4 cup margarine, melted1 pkg (8 oz) Phildelphia Fat-Free Cream Cheese, melted1 tsp salt4 cups Potatoes O'Brien (frozen)2 cups (8 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1. Combine soup, sour cream, onion, butter, cream cheese, and salt in a small bowl.
2. Combine potatoes and cheese in a 4 1/2 qt. slow cooker. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and mix well.
3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
