Warm Savoy and Salmon Slaw with Yogurt - Dill Dressing

1/3 cup nonfat yogurt (Source) 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp minced red onion3 tbsp finely diced English cucumberZest of 1/2 lemon 1 tsp dried dill 1/2 tsp dried oreganodash paprika6 oz Savoy cabbage, shredded1 can Gold Seal flaked "tuna-style" salmon, drainedCoarsely ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, onion, cucumber, lemon zest, dill, oregano and paprika. Set aside.
Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over high heat, spray with a light coat of non-stick spray.
Add cabbage shreds and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. It should begin to brown and even blacken in areas.
Add salmon and toss through to heat thoroughly. Remove to your serving bowl(s).
Pour the yogurt mixture overtop of the cabbage mixture, toss lightly to coat.
Garnish with pepper to taste and serve immediately.
