3oz cooked chicken breast1oz roasted red peppers (in a jar)1oz peice of part skim mozzerella1 hard roll (long)
Toast the roll add chicken top with roasted peppers and mozzerella. Put in toaster oven and broil to melt the cheese. Top with other half of roll and Enjoy!! Makes 1 serving.
