1/4 Cup Margarine2/3 cup spkenda brown sugar blend1/3 cup splenda1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)2 cups pumpkin puree1 tsp pumpkin spice1 tsp cinnamon2 cups unbleached flour1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder1/4 cup gerber mixed grain baby cereal2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder
Cream together margarine and spendas till smooth. Add in applesauce, pumpkin, and spices. slowly add in flour, protein powder, cereal, b.soda, and baking powder. Once mixed. pour into 18 lined muffin cups ( spray w/ nonstick spray to help when peeling the cup off later) Cook at 350 for 30min.
