Ingredients
1 corn tortilla1/4 cup black beans2 Tbsp salsa1/4 cup jalapenos1 oz shredded cheddar1 lg eggcayenne, to taste
Directions
Heat GT-express with round pan. Place tortilla in pan, then stack each ingredient in order listed. Close cooker and cook 10 minutes (or until egg is cooked as desired).

    I often substitute other beans when I don't have the black beans..found it works with just about any kind! Glad you liked it!
