Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
1 C. chopped celery1 C. chopped onion1 Stick oleo or butter1 Can chicken broth (I use lots more)1 egg, beaten1 to 1 1/2 tsps. ground sage1/4 t. saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Make cornbread using Aunt Jemima Self-Rising White Corn Meal (recipe on package).

Saute celery and onion in oleo until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients. Be sure bread is thoroughly moistened with chicken broth. Place in 8-in. square pan or 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake 40-45 minute3s or until lightly browned and cooked through.
