Zesty Chicken and Rice Skillet

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1 lb. chicken thigh or breast, cut in to chunks1/4 c. Kraft Calorie-wise Sundried Tomato & Oregano Salad Dressing1 tsp chicken bouillon dissolved in 1.25 cups water1 tbsp Dijon mustard2 c. red pepper cut into strips1.5 c. brown rice, cooked
Directions
*** Prep time is 10 minutes if you already have cooked brown rice ***

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high. Add the chicken and cook until done.

Stir in dressing, bouillon, mustard and peppers. Cover and simmer until warm. Stir in rice; cover and simmer until rice and peppers are tender.

Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes to absorb excess liquid.

Serves 4 (1.5 cups each)
