Overnight French Toast Cream Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
Soft Baguette (16oz), cubed12 oz 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese, cubed12 Eggs, beaten2 Cups Skim Milk1/3 cup Lite Maple Syrup2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Layer half the bread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Scatter cream cheese cubes over the bread.
Add rest of bread cubes.
Combine eggs, milk, & syrup. Pour over casserole.
Cover & refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bring to room temperature and bake 30-45 minutes on 350 degrees. Sometimes I bring to room temp in the microwave on very low.
Serve with Maple Syrup and Confectioners sugar.
