1 Thomas' Bagel Thins3TBSP Crystal Farms Egg Whites1 slice 70 calorie cheese
Directions
Toast bagel
using cooking spray, coat pan, add egg whites. You can add spice if you would like. I use Natures seasoning. Cook as you like, I use a small pan and make a round omelet. When done top with cheese and flip over.

Add to bagel and enjoy
