Delicious Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
1 medium Multi-Grain Tortilla (Mission)1/3 cup EggBeaters (Southwestern Style)1 slice Smoked Provalone (Veggie Slices)1 chopped plum tomato2 chopped mini sweet peppers (one orange & one yellow)
Directions
Spray small pan with PAM and bring to medium heat. Add eggbeaters and cook to form an egg patty, flipping and folding until firm, about 1-2 min on each side. Remove egg patty and set aside.

Remove pan from heat, re-spray, and then return to medium heat. Add tomato and peppers. Cook for about 1 min utill hot.

Add Veggie Slice to pan and cook for another 30 seconds until soft. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Meanwhile, heat tortilla in microwave until warm. Place cheesey veggie mix in the center of tortilla. Place egg patty on top and wrap. (Fold in the sides first then roll it up from the bottom).

Spray tortilla pan (or same small pan again) with PAM, heat to medium. Place wrap in pan and cook untill thouroughly heated (about 2 min - flip halfway through).

Add some fruit and a glass of juice or soy/almond milk and you have a FANTABULICIOUS breakfast!!! ENJOY!
