Crockpot ground turkey meatloaf

Ingredients
2 20 oz packages Jenni O lean ground turkey1/2 onion chopped1/2 c egg beaters1/2 cup ketchup1/4 cup barbecue sauce1/2 cup dried bread crumbs (I use 2 slices light bread toget the 1/2 cup)1 Tbsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Combine ketchup and bbq sauce.
Spray the bottom of the crock pot with non stick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the
ground turkey, onion, egg beaters, 1/4 cup of ketchup/bbq sauce mixture, bread crumbs,
mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape into rectangular loaf and transfer to crock pot.
Spread the remaining ketchup/bbq sauce over the top.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
