* Extra Lean Ground Beef, 36 oz (remove) * Hunt's Ketchup, 5.28 tbsp (remove) * Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Dry, 4 tbsp (remove) * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove) * Progresso Bread Crumbs, 0.75 cup (remove) * Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350, mix all ingredients, divide evenly in 12 muffin tins, bake for 20-25 minutes. 1 serving = 2 muffins.
