Fresh or Frozen Strawberries (6)Bananna (1)Non-Fat Milk - 1 Cup6 - 8 Ice Cubes
Place 6 frozen or fresh strawberries, one bananna, and one cup of non-fat milk in a blender . Blend until mixed well. Add 4 - 8 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Makes 2 large smoothies.
