Sweet and Sour Chicken

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook *dole pinapple, 1 cup Sun Luck Water Chestnuts 1/4 per serv., 4 serving *Birdseye Sugar Snap Stir fry, 4.5 cup *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup AH-SO Swaet & Sour 2 Tbsn/serv, 4 serving
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 minutes or until cooked through.
ADD vegetables, pineapple with juice, water chestnuts and sweet and sour sauce; mix well. Stir in water. Bring to boil.
STIR in rice; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until almost all of the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
